Judging by the price and sweatband logo, that hat probably dates to the 1940s, no later than the early 1950s. According to the information here: http://www.thefedoralounge.com/showthread.php?18380-ADAM-ALLEY/page19&p=840931#post840931 and here: http://www.thefedoralounge.com/showthread.php?18380-ADAM-ALLEY/page19&p=846052#post846052, Adam hats cost $6.00 since at least 1945, and a very similar logo was trademarked in 1949.

I have an Adam Executive with a price tag of $7.50 that, according to a newspaper article of the time, dates to 1954. Seeing as my hat is Executive and that one is Majestic, which I believe was one step better than Executive, that would place that hat as earlier than mine, unless I am mistaken about the quality tiers.

I'd estimate it to be mid-1940s, but I could very well be wrong.
