A2 Branded Garments military issued or civilian?

Hi,

can someone help me identify from the pictures and the label if this jacket from ebay ls genuine military issued or is civilian? I read here and on the others leather forums that Branded Leather continues to this day to put 1992 vintage spec tags in their civilian A-2s. The tags are even complete with a '92 DLA number so I'm confused now how to know if it's real or not?

This is a civilian version from the company Orchard 92 year of manufacture. The jacket is good and real.

Orchard did have a military contract 1n 1992. It was a small production. Quality product for the price. This is the real deal. Orchard is the parent company of Branded garments.
