I'm glad to read she is an advocate of seniors getting tested to see if they can still drive.

My mother just turned 90, has not driven since last fall, but still has her '94 Olds Cutlass. She likes it to be there just in case.

If she gets mad at me, she threatens to drive away.

I love this story - i saw a video interview with her somewhere as well. My favorite part was in the video where she is flipping through her binder of receipts, pointing out all of the parts she bought with "lifetime warranties" and has had replaced a dozen times for free.
