Beaverbrook Trilby in proper fur, in excellent lightly used condition

2" Brim, 4.5" Crown

Only being sold because it's just sightly too small for me as a larger 7 1/4

Would like £50, which will include free UK postage (and it will be well packed and boxed), but willing to consider offers

I'm trying to work out for definite. Been looking around to try and establish either way. If it was a rabbit, it was a pretty furry one. The manufacturer did make at least Beaver Blend models from what I can tell. I do know that manufacturers often did make a point of directly labelling their hat s as Beaver if they were and this one doesn't actually say.

I did a lot of research via the forum . Seems Beaverbrook was an American Manufacturer, probably based in Connecticut? I suspect the name and crest were to capitalise on Lord Beaverbrook after the war and that could be why the model is the Rolls Royce. It's also go the initial's M.D, in. It's not silk lined, but this seems to me common after the 50s?
