Another gorgeous hat in mint condition! It is a rich navy blue, and extremely comfortable to wear. I've never been able to get any insight as to the maker, but the lining is very fine and has a gilded looking coat of arms.

For anyone interested, I think the brim is 1 3/4" around to the edge, but will double check.
