I wonder...if everyone showed up at the same time, would the Earth fly out of orbit?

Seriously though, its awesome the number of people that are here. I'm a newbie, and I don't think I'll ever be able to learn about all of you; I'd have to quit my day job. :p

It really is quite incredible. I too was watching the numbers go up every day. We reached it so quickly. It was just last November, right before (or possibly right after) the Queen Mary, that we reached 4,000 members. My how the number of members are growing. It seems that we keep reaching these membership milestones quicker and quicker. We've got an incredible group of friendly, knowledgeable, well dressed ladies and gents here. I don't know a finer group anywhere else. It certainly is a honor to know such fine folks:)

Awful news. I'm leaving as I only join exclusive forums.

I'm English and therefore can't celebrate such things.

But well done and have a firm handshake.

Has anyone been keeping track of how many members the Lounge has had in any given month? It would be interesting to see the number of members by month from the beginning of the Lounge to right now.

To get back on track, :) my curiosity was in knowing if the whole classic style interest extended beyond the usual US/Canada/Northern Europe/Australasia area. I don't think I've seen any posts from many countries beyond these, with the exception of Japan.

It might have to do with the fact that the Fedora Lounge is a 100% English-language website. International folks whose command of English isn't so fluent won't bother becoming members and posting, though they might hang around as lurkers.
