30s Ladies Hat in need of Help!

I recently acquired this hat, and it's a little beat up. It is a straw hat and it looks as though it was not properly stored. Is there any way to get the creases, etc out of it? I wasn't sure if you could steam it? I am going to wear it for my depression era reenacting- so maybe I should leave as is? I thought maybe I'd put some peacock feathers on it to give it a little lift. But any suggestions are most welcome! Here are some pictures:

Texas girl, you can use an iron and a towel and press the brim back into shape. To do the rest of the hat you may need a block, but hang in there, someone who knows a lot more than me will come along shortly. Nice hat though.
