How about a new Excellent Quality Whippet, it seems like they are really focusing on the western style fedoras with the thin ribbon, Premier Strat, Open Road, now this one, I would like to see a Whippet and Playboy remake at some point, those may be in the works I just have not heard of anything.

Stetson does not have any blocks over a size 8 for dress hats . I wish they did.
Hatco will also be releasing a collection of Dobbs Excellent quality hats as well. I think this season will one of the best for Hatco. They finally found the right help for improving their quality and image.

There are more 8+ heads out there than you think. Biltmore (Canada) had an 8 1/4 block but I don't know what happened to it when the factory moved to Texas. Mayser also had a size 66 block but again where it is ,I don't know.

Or maybe a Stetson Selve(Cav) edge hat too....

It wouldn't make sense for Hatco to sew linings in these hats though. They are taking the time and effort to sand the inside of the crowns to the same finish as the outside. By not sewing in the linings, it gives people the ability to take them out (on hot days). The lining on my Excellent Quality has plenty of body to stay in the hat perfectly without being permanently attached. JMHO
