The liner is there. Its says Stetson Playboy. The back seat(of liner) is split although it is still sewn in and has no cracking or tear..

Sizing a hat up one size is incredibly easy. A hat shop will usually do it for free or you can just buy a hat jack stretcher if you really like the hat.
