A little more research. The pricing label is similar to the 1951-53 OPS label, but does not have 'OPS' as part of the printing. I might be seeing 'OPS' stamped in black ink onto an earlier label, meaning this would be right around 1951?

I just updated the ebay listing - an ebayer noticed a small hole (not all the way through) on the underside of the brim. I've gone over the felt with a fine-toothed comb and that was the only spot. I honestly never noticed it, but I don't generally study the underside of the brims that closely.
