Hey guys and gals... I'm in Los Angeles area and I need a reasonably priced tailor that can replace leather pads on a cloth vintage shooting jacket plus either move the buttons or somehow add an inch to the width in the chest. The leather people I know only do upholstery and the cloth tailors...
