    Nice pick up! It's like every leather. Apply conditioner to a small area that's normally hidden and see how it looks. I use Venetian on all my horse leathers including shell. I've used Saphir too but don't like how it shines the leather.

    I've bought 3 jackets from Aero in the past year. Chloe always responded to me within a day. My first 2 emails did go unanswered until I checked junk mail.

    Why is it taking forever? That's usually a result of the customer not finalizing everything. That 10-12 weeks is from the day you confirm the order with their customer service. It's not from the day you ordered the jacket on their website if you didn't know.
