Always love when people present their opinions as fact. TFH is effectively custom made for me and there is no way I'm the only person with this body type. You can say TFH doesn't work for your body but to start saying "insulting" is hilarious to me. It just doesn't work for you man.
That size 42 dead leaf caboose that ended a few days ago. I was in up to $1.5k but ended up going for around $2.2k. A bit too rich for a used jacket I'm not 100% sure would fit me great.
I swear half my closet is TFH now. The deals were too good on Y! auctions during covid/TFH going out of business.
I swear everytime I wear this short sleeve flannel out someone compliments it. Kind of wish they made it in more colorways (only other is standard red/black afaik)...
Kapital and Visvim have always been insanely expensive for a very niche aesthetic (though I do think some Kapital looks dope.) Not sure why anyone is surprised.
Yeah Beams is commonly referred to on other style forums as Japanese J Crew. I like the cut of their shirts but the fabric and quality isn't anything to rave about. At least the shirts I have were made in Japan at least.
I can’t say all makers on Ali express have ethical worker treatment but I was under the impression some of the CN repro designers (bob dong, red tornado, Bronson) had pretty decent working conditions - at least by CN garment worker standards. Though with recent articles about the LA garment...
You probably know Merv but since you had overdyed in quotes it doesn't mean they just used a ton of dye on it or anything. Typically it means the fabric is already colored (sometimes already cut and sewn) and then dyed again. It usually gives it a very uniform color and if done when cut and...
Fwiw I still love my Nelson. I don’t disagree the leather is a bit bland but it is still exceptionally wearable. The Mulholland has a bit more aggressive a look imo but you can wear the Nelson with anything.
100% IMO but I prefer the Mulholland on you. It could just be I think the leather on the Mulholland looks better but I also prefer the kidney panel. I also prefer the one piece back of the Mulholland to the split back of the Rebel. But I'm just some random guy on the internet if you prefer...
In some ways I prefer this to the delraiser. Wish the delraiser didn’t have the back zip pockets and had the adjusters. Lining I could go either way. Not a fan of epaulettes so glad those are deleted on mine.
Funny how we latch onto things we like. I just paid through the nose for some Costco brand wool hiking socks on eBay because they’re my favorite boot socks.
The jacket is short by design so I think it looks perfect for the aesthetic RMC is going for with this one. You can see my concerns as well about the length when it first arrived but it is no longer anything I'm concerned with now. Its still my favorite jacket to just wear going out. Super...
