I guess I just like "oddball" engines, or designs that aren't around any more. V-8s have been "overused" imho...I was upset when F1 dropped the 3.0 liter V-10s and went with the 2.4 V-8s.

Germany should learn about it's past, but it honestly doesn't matter as much as people think. They are a shell of what they once were, and in the future learning about the Armenian holocaust could be more relevant to the rank and file German.

I wish this show would have started in '55 rather than '60, because it has moved into a time period I really could care less about. Even though I will most likely continue watching the show the rest of the reason, I probably should have watched Dial M for Murder instead last night.
I was reading an article in the WSJ yesterday (but I found it on a search...not sure of the date), and if Boston Edison, Palmer Woods, and English Village are failing, that city has no chance. It's dead (albeit with a downtown fortress on life support).

I should have thought about the attitudes of post war Europe; that is a great point. I guess I forget sometimes that different countries in Europe are somewhat limited in the diversity of their topography.
