That’s how I like this style of jacket to fit.
I’ve never understood “fitted“ outerwear, but I realize I’m in the minority.
A jacket maker that’s fairly well respected here told me once that as long as it’s a good pattern, a jacket will look good on you even if it’s a size or two too large.

My two cents … the chest measurement is the most important (to me). The shoulders seem to vary more on the jackets I own, but the chest is relatively consistent.
Yep, simply stated and same for me.
FWIW, I prefer a low or Midrise (for comfort). I’ve tried high rise, but they give me diaper butt. Granted it all depends on on individual physique.
I think I’m up to about 7 pairs of IH denim. Beyond their 21 oz, they have a lot of interesting options. I have 14 oz, 18 oz, left handed twill and my favourite 16 oz slub.

You have a large frame, I’m surprised a 46 would fit as I can wear 46’s in half belts (6’2, 175lbs).
That said, take some pictures wearing it with a tucked shirt or a tee, with a belt zipped and unzipped. This way we can comment better on the fit.
I have several shirts with sleeves like this (Iron Heart … don’t get me started). I love the shirts. I’ve been thinking of having them tailored as well, but I really like to keep my things as is from the factory … so far I’ve been cuffing them up one turn or half a turn.
The jacket shoulders look perfect IMO.
For me, the shoulder measurements are less important than the chest. If a jacket is going to fit me well, that’s where I’m going to notice it most.
