All in all though, I think "War" is off to a good start. Personally I like Keith David's narration. Yes, he's no McCoullough, but still, I find him well spoken and engaging. I do have to agree about Marsalis' score though, just too busy!

Great topic. Music is such a great way to expose yourself to other cultures to a small degree. I really enjoy Paolo Conte'. He's Italian and does some kind of off-beat continental/lounge thing on the piano. Great voice too - full of character. I find myself wondering if there is more stuff...
About half of my long-sleeved shirts are FC and I enjoy wearing them sans tie and/or suit. No fallout yet, and plenty of compliments. For me it's a way to class up the look on the more casual days.
