ManInTheHat, now get one 2 1/2 or 4 sizes bigger, & cinch 'er up! So, I got a Miller "Harrison", 2 1/2 sizes too big for me, also a new Borsalino Alessandria, and it seems along with the Akubra Federation and Campdraft, and Stetson Open Road, all these hats have the same block. The stuntmen's hats have a lot of taper. They might be the same hat, buy they aren't Harison's oversized cinched up model. Here's an unworn Akubra Federation 4 next to the Lock. The block shape is nearly identical. You can see the big size difference. I took the new sweatband out of this Federation, size 57.
