Thanks tommyk, I decided to steam it, and its worked, brim at the front stays down now. Brim up just doesn't seem to suit me....suits you though. cheers -

Hi All, I just took delivery of a susquehana columbo fedora/trilby with a 50mm brim. The brim is real soft and doesn't snap down and stay down like others I have, its rather soft wool felt (has a great feel to it), I just wondered if anyone knows how to stiffen the brim so that it stays snapped... -
