    como II I just ordered the como II from Bencraft. I have a como, and although the softness of the hat is worrisome (haven't been caught in wet weather as of yet); I do deeply dig the lid. I ordered the como II in taupe to wear with clothes that my dark gray como doesn't quite match.

    According to his size chart, it looks we both require a large (shrugs). I prefer to buy hats with an actual measurement rather than the generic small, medium, or large categories, but; I do occasionally gamble with them.

    Fur felt industry vs animal protection issue

    Why is wool so inferior to fur felt? I don't have much of a problem buying fur felt, however; I'd think someone could make a superior hat without fur.

    I haven't used a brush before, but am definitely going to make purchase and give it a try. So far, I've been doing it just like the pioneers did; I squirt shave cream into my palm from a can.
