    I can't really tell if it's WWII or not. I have a Vietnam War era pair and they look exactly the same. Check in the inside pocket for a tag, that could help also.

    I was planning on ditching the feather, it looks more like a fly fishing lure to me. I was actually looking for a fedora to match the peacoat I'm getting. Also in the Summer, I was planning on getting a straw one. I just love the look of this type of hat!

    Sorry for the confusion, I am new to vintage style. I should've done research first. Thanks for the help! I also measured my head and I'm 23 inches give or take a few centimeters. I really like that Optimo Dillinger fedora, but I don't have money for something like that. I don't have a job yet...
