What do you think of the Indiana Jones hats?
I think the Raiders fedora and the CS fedora are the coolest looking hats made. Much of this comes from the dimensional cut brim, which gives the hat a more streamline look, when compared with a regular cut brim. It changes the looks of the fedora, in a postive way, IMO. While the Indy... -

Do what I do. Shop ebay for a real deal vintage hat. No shrinkage, no taper when they get wet, and the craftmanship is top notch. ;) And you should be able to find one in the Christy price range. Might take some regular looking though, as its been awhile since I bought vintage hats from ebay... -

lol Well, that's a classic, and very common crease for a fedora. Ever watch much TCM? How else would you crease a fedora? The crease on the Dillinger(Depp) hat is the most common. So, no wonder they used it! BUT, the only pic I have seen of him shows him wearing a hat with side creases... -
