Thanks guys. I like the herringbone, especially that the green is pretty vivid and has nice contrasting color "flecks". I also like the gray windowpane for variety. I tend to be pretty conservative with my felt hats, so the caps give me a chance to mix it up a little.
Black Jacques - While an image hosting site, like Photobucket is ideal, you can post images from Facebook. What you need to do is drill down to get the actual URL of the image, which should end in .jpg, .gif, etc. You can get to this in Firefox by right-clicking on the image and selecting...
While I must confess to having been on the receiving end of a kitchen implement a time or two, the hat was at least partly a result of a toppled computer monitor. ;):D
Speaking as a "vertically challenged" male, I long ago made peace with a woman being a little taller. Either that, or I'd have missed the chance to enjoy the company of a few wonderful women, including my darlin' wife. ;)

From his website, pricing, and the lack of a published physical address, I'm thinking he does it part time and not really set up for foot traffic. That's OK with me. A lot of exceptional craftsmen start out (or stay) that way.
