As to sizing, they would be the same as J&M. I've had both and noticed no difference. I believe that you can see that the heel wear is very slight, and would not affect the wearer. If you were very concerned you could have the heel caps replaced. These shoes have not been worn enough to affect...

How would these dimensions differ from a shirt with attached collar. I can't get the stand and collar depth correct on the Luxire shirts that I have had made. I don't know if "collar depth" is the correct term. I intend to say the dimension that you show 4 cm.

If you want a simple answer, it's NO. White tie is a very rigid style of dress that dates to the early 19 century. There is no allowance for individualism.
The only 1.5" heels that I'm aware of are latin dance shoes or western boots. Modern latin dance shoes as well as vintage may have 1.5" heels. There may have been short lived fads, but I know nothing about them.

I attempted to starch and polish my collars a couple of time, with moderate success. The main problem is while polishing the collars I scorch the outer edges slightly. Since the edges are thicker than the body of the collar, the majority of the pressure is on the edge. How do I solve this...
