    Looking at Bolthead's photos, I couldn't help thinking that if those shots appeared in one of those magazines like "Guitar Afficiannado" that cater to guys with money to burn there would be a line a mile long of people wanting an Alley Kat. The photos are really top-notch, and so are the hats.

    Sunbody Hats has a couple of versions of that hat in straw, and I think I've seen them with the brim binding. You could ask them about it. It has a 4" ventilated crown. I"m a big fan of theirs because they're sturdy straws, particularly good for outside work, etc.
