Honestly, I don't have a jacket that fits really well, other than a suit jacket. My two casual jackets (a denim one and a Schott leather one), which are slightly too large, both measure:
- shoulders 18.5"
- sleeve 25.75"
- pit to pit 22.5"
- hem 20"...
