Get someone else to measure your head. Do it three times and average.

What is your favorite hat crease?

I like a telescope crease, as in my two Rand hats, and the crease in my Akubra Territory. I’m not sure what it iscalled.

Making a Western hat by hand?

I don't wear my hats as hard as Yahoody, but this twenty-year-old Rich Rand hat has been my every-day hat for many of those years. Now that it is winter, I think I’ll go back to it, and keep my light sand Akubra Territory, with the vent holes, for summer. I should wear my silver belly 100%...

So trivial, yet it really ticks you off.

Yes, I told my mother that if there was a war, I didn’t want my Uncle Bob (her brother) to have to go somewhere and get killed.

So trivial, yet it really ticks you off.

The most recent one I can recall was someone who didn’t know the difference between “grizzly” and “grisly”. We in the Former North American Colonies call that a “howler”. Same idea.

Ask a question, get an answer

I can’t resist asking, where do you intend to wear this rather unusual piece of headgear? What reaction do you think it will produce in those who see you wearing it? You don’t give a clue to your location, so it is difficult to guess your potential “audience”.

What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

I wish I had bought one of those coats many years ago, but I didn’t, alas. Too late now, since I seldom have reason to go outside in nasty weather these days. A Drizabone coat, and an Akubra Territory sounds like an unbeatable combination. At least I have the hat.
