Thanks Alan and thanks
AL for the heads up.
Haha, The Oregon landscape is a tiny bit like the Black Hills of your state.
The Stratton is a bit stiff but good quality. It has a wider brim (which I am figuring out is a good look for my long face and big chin).
It originally had a crease in the...
Really great hats fellas.
Iain, great lid.
Alan, the man of a thousand hats! You always impress.
AL....Insane shots and great hats as usual.
My current "vintage flip phone" photos are tiny and hardly worth showing so...
Not what I'm wearing today but here's me in Oregon sampling a bit of...
Oh yeah ...the tiny pic is me sitting on the armchair when we got home from the Brazilian Grill.
Had to wear the brown Stetson Deluxe.
I was so groggy this morning. I hope I didn't undo the old saying that you can't have too much of a good thing?
Manfred, Great hat and coat too
Rlk that Homburg was a great treat to see.
Splintz rockin' that collar. I like my herringbone overcoat with fur collar and I realize it would be hard to come across a vintage one at
the shops I frequent so it is what it is... The hat mystery unfolds!
Totally...
Manfred, not sure if you are around but have a great holiday. We are keeping it going for me with a hot tub/swimming party tonight and

got to combine our activities to make for a three day...

Tonight I wore my dad's brown western hat from the '50s or so that I had restored with a new sweatband. I trimmed the brim a bit too.
Not stingy but not confused with...
Haha Frank, in the old days you could just wear a cardigan like that, but now some guy like me has to comment
on it when you are just showing us your new knockaround. I have a '60s cardigan that exact blue. It is probably
the best sweater I own. Great hat.
I appreciate the comments 150...
That's terrible...I am not at all a bespoke guy but I think the tailor does a quicky fitting before the final finishing of the suit...obviously couldn't do that in your case. I took a tiny pick of my Imperial Cheviot tweed overcoat but it doesn't do it justice. It's beautiful but not of the...
Bought this recently but first time posting it.
Colombian cashmere tailored in Italy.
Tag was marked $6 but the lady said coats were half off.
Sorry so small. Looks like it's fresh off the rack.
This is a Walton Cordova I found in a hat box at a local thrift shop. Got two for $9. The sweat is more fragile than my Stetsons but the felt is beautiful and soft. Probably fits me as well as any hat I own!
