Man I’ve been wanting a couple of those jackets for a long time but I need to stop for awhile because my buying habits are pathetic! I’m looking at a $900 coffee grinder lol
I usually only purchase used jackets, so I’m sure I drive the seller crazy with questions and pictures of measurements but I want the fit to be perfect. I’ve heard that the schott jackets made for the European market are not the same in terms of quality however I do not know that for certain...
I’m a small guy too and the Japanese jackets are a good fit for me as well. I’m a size 38 generally but with schott I’m a solid 36 most of the time. What size is the schott a2? They run large in my opinion. I could easily be a 34-36 in that jacket.
I checked my lost worlds a2 and yes it is a little less broad however the schott a2 is not a good representation of the original a2. I don’t believe that is what schott set out to do. It’s not a reproduction. It’s a civilian jacket and very well made one.
Me too! I’ve been a member since 2012 and I’ve only participated in buying jackets because that is what I enjoy doing. However I’ve discovered another forum about music. Another one of my hobbies so I will be over there now lol
I’m just realizing how old this thread is but man your music choice is perfect! I could add many more as I’m sure you can as well. How about canned heat?
I have the same problem and is why I like the old school 613 and 618 schott jacket.. it’s about 23-24 inches long. I have an aero bootlegger that is beautiful but I wish it were shorter like my schott…
Here’s the cure to male loneliness. Get married and divorced twice and finally realizing that being free and single is not being alone after all!! A perfect music collection and a closet full of jackets and nice clothes and a sports car in the garage is all a man needs! I didn’t realize this...
