I would ask myself if both sides of a horses ass looks the same? If anyone ask you about the difference I would convey the same sentiment. Wear it like you stole it! The jacket looks gorgeous!
Ok, I may be wrong but Hoosier D is a tall guy and it probably would take additional length to placate his needs. But for me the Trojan works great for 2 reasons. One, I am average height so length is great. Second, it doesn't have that damn beaver tail on it which I prefer when riding (I know...
This really is a gorgeous jacket. It looks like the Finnish Moose Hide that Stuart has indicated in his Limited Edition Section. It comes in Blue and Green so it could be some combo like that. Pretty Cool though. I believe the measurements on my Trojan size 44 from bottom of back of collar to...
I have owned 44's and 46's and there is definitely a difference in the body in the J23. Both are tight but I prefer the 46 in Stuart's motorcycle jackets. I normally wear a 44 in his "street" jackets. Aero jackets, I am normally a 44.
The Trike is a lot of fun to ride but there is no comparison to a motorcycle. When you lean into corners on a motorcycle one is actually pushed down as you go through the curves which to me makes the sport. A trike does just the opposite one feels a pull out as the bike is physically turned...
I tend to stick with more traditional but heavy Horsehide or Steer staying away from padding as I find it extremely uncomfortable while riding. I have goat for summer as well as non insulated horse and a perforated leather Aerostitch with pads removed. Helmets run the gamut as weather dictates...
Hi Mysteryo
It’s a very small 46 and a fantastic jacket. I just need to loose about 15 lbs in order to zip it up. I got it from Stuart on sale about 5 years ago an only wear it casually. It fits everywhere except the waist. If I were ordering new I would get a heavier zip. He has an original...
For some reason the Photos can't be adjusted to be going the correct way.
Measurements are Pit to Pit 22" Waist 20" Shoulder to shoulder 19" Collar to Bottom 23" This is a short Jacket. I am 5' 8" 195 lbs so you have an idea. Sorry about the photos.
It is very tightly cut. I own a size 46 and it fits closer to a 42 around the waist. I would suggest you contact Stuart about the sizing around the waist unless you are V shaped. I love the jacket but would have to loose some serious weight to wear it zipped. I will put up some photos later this...
These All Terrain Indy Boots are excellent. They come in D width but can be ordered wider if you are willing to wait. I have had a pair for about 3 months now and have no complaints. Check out Alden of Carmel. Adam is quick to respond and shipments come quickly.
I see those more as a sports car than a bike but they are cool. Their version is design from the bottom up and pretty cool too. A friend of mine owned one and he could really make that puppy sing on the Cherohala Skyway and the Dragon.
I'm partial to HD but anything that's fun on the twisties...
Read up on them and check the HD dealer near you to test drive one. There are some pretty decent You Tube explanations of the Tri-Glide.
I was definitely not interested in a conversion. When Harley first started with trikes in the early 2000's they used Lehman as their converter but stated...
Two up is better than one up on a trike. That's part of the reason we went with it. Joselyn is a lot more comfortable on it and I found that the extra weight on the back actually smooths out the turns nicely. Just like on the Ultra and other touring HD's one can adjust the shocks as well for...
I like it a lot, it does take a little getting use to but after about a 1,000 miles I have to say it is a lot of fun. I thoroughly enjoyed riding motorcycles but my wife really didn't like the Heritage and frankly I rather ride with her than without her. Bear in mind I say this with a lot of...
Nice chilly day in the mountains Mama wore the Harley gear and I wore a LW Suburban Goat with the quilted lining. Nice and warm and comfortable too! Still had to stop for Pie and Coffee though!
