Ugh the bank actually sided with the scammer! I sent everything they wanted--photos, receipts, etc. Don't know how they could do this. Also doesn't seem like I have any recourse. Looks like I'm out $975 due to this guy. Unbelievable. If anybody knows how else to dispute a bank chargeback please...- BassandB3

Just to be clear, I didn't submit the photo of a foot not fitting, the buyer did. The item I sold is literally BNIB and marked 9.5 on the box and on the sole of the boot. He literally said he was purchasing "9.5 boots" in his Paypal purchase.- BassandB3
