I've done a lot of searching lately for buckle back jeans and waist overalls for jeans with suspender buttons and the only ones I've found w/o belt loops are these:

Late 50’s-60’s, close to the 70’s. Maybe. There are quite a few threads dedicated to ‘dating’ Stetson’s. Size tag and liners among them. These threads are most easily located with Google using search parameters like “dating a Stetson by size tag the fedora lounge”. Looks like an OR in good shape.
Not the sort of hat often seen around here, so it would be a big surprise if anyone around here knows the maker even though I’m sure we’re covered up with Gothic Rock fans.
