    I just got my size 8 replacement. The fit is OK, but the stitching is already coming apart and one of the fingers is sewn twisted....I'm quite disappointed but I don't want to spend any more time and/or money on SOF by returning it.

    Their Reissue A-2 ot their WWII Government issue A-2? They are very different cuts. I owned a "reissue" and it was a very modern, baggy cut. Now I have a WWII gov. and it's much, much trimmer.

    Also, I see that now it's available in 2 colors: mahogany - I guess this is mine, very dark brown brown - their customer service says it's russet. The pictures on the website are horrible, I can't really tell how dark/ light it is. It would be great to see some photos.

    I used to own a reissue A-2 goat, the fit was horrible! Like those big sweaters in the 90s... I own a WWII government issue horsehide now and it's a fairly decent fit. Not baggy at all, au contraire!

    It's very interesting to have such a database of measurements. This being said, it made me even more unsure about my size. I can't wait to visit their popup store in November, trying on a jacket is worth more than a 1000 hours of research on the internet.
