I use a Filson Macinac(sp) in the classic red/black for colder weather(not too often here anymore. Being one who likes older guns I am leaning toward a mod.1896 Swedish Mauser in 6.5x55, lighter than the '06 but adequate. then there is my 1911, and k-31 Swiss straight pulls. Return of hats.
That sounds nice . Our town has grown by about 1500 since moving here 28 years ago, from 12,000 to about 13500. Getting too crowded and congested! -

Little town, Thats huge to me, but glad to see you can find hats. Here all one can see is the western style and they are appropriate for some days in this part of the country. Dressier hats are much more difficult to find locally but at leasts now we have the internet. Jeff -
Summer Hat
Guess you could stay out enough to get sunburned, but I never have. My opinion is that constant moving moves shadowlines of hatweave on your head and really slows down chances of sunburn. The breezy feeling of air moving through is nice and cool to me. jeff
