    Don't waste money altering the sleeves. It will cost more than a replacement is worth. It looks fine but if you don't want it your best bet is to resell the jacket here and buy something else.

    Justin Theroux is wearing a jean shop leather jacket. They are $2500 and come in a few hides (horse, cow, etc). Brad Cooper is wearing a typical old brooks which are a dime a dozen on eBay. Jean Shop has a website but that jacket can be copied for much less.

    Check out Vansons offering. A lot of their cafe racers are short as hell. You can call and get exact measurements for each style I think prior to purchase. Very high quality and short.

    The cooper a2 is a very ok goatskin. It is pretty comparable to the cockpit/avirex a2 in terms of build quality. The $100 price tag is much more in line with the value.     You can see the fidelity leather tag in picture 11. I am shocked it sold for that much. Fidelity leather damn sure isn't horsehide. It's a low grade steerhide if that. The leather usually flakes off and doesn't develop a patina like that jacket. For that price you can get a langlitz on eBay.
