This is exactly correct. I find the leather on the oustide of shearlings like the b3 to be less hard wearing than what is traditionally considered (to me at least) a leather jacket I.e. HH, bull hide etc. this is exactly why...
Does anyone make a short jacket (B2 length or touch longer for example) full leather outside sheepskin lined inside like an aero Shawl Collar Barnstormer?

I’ve been looking at a lot of old posts about sheepskin jackets (b3s Anj4s etc) from early 2000s and my impression is that a vast majority thought/think that RM make/made (apparently their NZ business shut down) the best sheepskin jackets.
