New Aero Premium Slim Fit 1930's Half Belt
The new collar design is much better than the old shapeless collars. I would prefer a leather facing, though. IMO it would look better and eliminate the risk of rain being wicked inside.- Rudie

Conversion of Red Wing sizes US to Europe
I usually wear EU44.5 (which is UK10 and US10.5 or US11, depending on manufacturer). I have the Beckmans in EU43/US10/UK9. The Iron Rangers fit differently and when trying them on size EU43.5/US10.5/UK9.5 fit best. So from my experience I would say size down half a size if you buy Iron Rangers...- Rudie

Your feet are probably not used to real shoes and need some time to adapt (remembering your Crocs and sneakers). You should get a pair of clogs and wear them for a while. Afterwards the Red Wings will feel like walking on clouds. ;)- Rudie
