Same here. Maryland is a nanny state and you can't get a carry permit if you're a civilian. At all. But me, for firearms...I choose 9mm. Cost, weight, ease of use...all positive aspects for me. I wasn't built for brawn, I was built for speed. And that is why my bow and knife are my primary...- Dm101

Welp....Trying to stitch leather onto my short-height CAT engineer boots was a fail. Couldn't find good leather to use for a good price, everything at goodwill was fake pleather backed with poly-fiber, and getting the cobbler to do it was prohibitively expensive.
