    Very interesting about the circumference of the sleeve being 42cm. That would mean the sleeves would be too narrow around my upper arms. I'd need 45cm+ i'd imagine. Aero are looking into it for me ( as well as arm hold position) and I expect a response soon. I wonder if there's any widening...
