One of the signs of a Fidelity is the chain loop above the label for hanging the jacket. This one lacks that detail, and the leather doesn’t seem like Fidelity. I think it’s another brand.

Agree. I'd like a deerskin jacket that has some styling like this example. It seems most are either fairly plain or loaded with fringe. (I've already got the fringe covered with my suede Schott Western.)
This is a very nice jacket (I especially like the design on the back).
I'm also curious about the Guntzviller's brand, since I live about a half-hour from Northville but never heard of them. Came across this article in a web search...
