Thanks Red. The idea for the buttons came from this ad:
Thank you to everyone who commented and liked my posts over the weekend and this morning.

Yesterday.
While we have some great breweries in the DFW area, I’ve not always been a fan of Wild Acre Brewing - their beers often taste a little watery to me.
That’s not the case with Super Hawk Double IPA. Great beer with a ton of good flavor. 10.1% ABV, but easy to drink.
Cheers! David
Thank you guys for the likes and comments on my #1 Stetson and Tumwater. The Stetson has become a goto hat of late - perfect for a western themed town.
Today we walked downtown for Thanksgiving lunch - I wore my olive John Cavanagh - a great survivor from the ‘40s.
Cheers! David
Thank you for the comments and likes on my Tumwater from yesterday. I️ don’t know if Tony is still making hats, but the ones he’s made for me are some of the finest I️ have.
For anyone not familiar with his work, there is a thread here...
We stopped for late lunch at The Cajun Kid in Paradise, Texas this afternoon. Remarkably good for a place in the middle of nowhere.
I had my 40’s Stetson 25 along.
Snow? And I was complaining that it was only in the 50’s today. Nice Stetson, Eric.
Cheers! David
Thanks for the comments and likes for my blue Gannon yesterday.
Red, yes - the pin is a Lockheed Constellation.
Today a 50’s Stratoliner complete with vintage TWA Stratoliner (rather then the original DC3) pin.
Cheers! David
Guns & Oil American Lager.
To be honest, I bought this thinking it was a Texas Ale Project product. The packaging is much the same.
Rather an odd thing, the company is in Austin, but they say they have the beer brewed in Fort Worth and Colorado - makes me wonder if it is really a Miller-Coors...
