Hat Sizes Vary From Brand to Brand?
You have to remember that the blocks that these hats were made on are 75 to 100 years old. When they were made the idea of tolerance was a lot looser. Also the sewing in of the sweatband is done by hand and can cause a lot of variation. Jeff -

The Roadster is not being made by Stetson this season. Hatters selling them are selling from last years stock. Since we are the largest seller of Men's Dress Stetson in the Country we were able to have Stetson make Roadsters for us. We have hats in stock and will be having more coming thought... -
