    Does this Aero CR fit?

It’s difficult to tell to be honest from these pics. Something to realise is that there’s no hard & fast ‘rule’ with a tag size. There are 44’s & then low & behold, a 42 might do the job. There’s also widely different patterns to understand (cafe racer vs highwayman for instance). Your best bet...

    Thoughts on rust contrast stitching?

Only other thing to consider is; the higher the contrast between the leather colour & stitching, the closer to ‘perfect’ the stitching needs to be. Any slight deviation, or misalignment in the stitching, the more obvious it becomes.

    Thoughts on rust contrast stitching?

@SpeedRcrX had a sensational jacket made with rust stitching (I think) some years back. Perhaps a quick search might uncover some of those pics. from memory, it looked great. Unique & not for everyone, but I thought it worked very well. edit, I think this was the one...

    Cross zip nation

Love the single back panel on this one... 'simply elegant' Crazy thing is the back length on this - I just can't figure it out. I mean, I usually spec 26" or 27" backs & this one has just over 24" yet still covers my belt line....

    Need help with highwayman sizing

I’d add at least 2” to that sleeve length, plus at least an inch to the body. BUT the critical thing is how YOU feel wearing it. We all have different preferences & what one person likes, the next may not. This is a good starting point from which you can ultimately work towards your perfect...

    Need help with highwayman sizing

That’s a very subjective question. Keep in mind that whatever fits one body shape won’t necessarily fit another. the Board Racer is currently my favourite, although the sunburst is a very close second.

    Need help with highwayman sizing

A couple. Basically, I’ve either got, or had Aero’s based on the following patterns; Highwayman, Cafe Racer, Board Racer, 1930’s Slim fit half-belt & Sunburst. pretty much a size 42 in all, barr the Highwayman.

    Need help with highwayman sizing

The Highwayman is a great jacket, but as been already stated - reasonably difficult to get a perfect fit. I’m a 42 in all of my Aero’s but have a 38 in my highwayman. In all honesty, I’d love to swap it for a 40. p.s. similar sized to yourself. 185cm, around 92 kgs, reasonably fit.
