For sale is an out-of-production Flat Head boot that I had sought for years. These came up on the Japanese market a couple of weeks ago, and I thought they might fit, but they’re a bit tight for me. They appear to be new or, at least, worn very sparingly indoors, but I don't know the full...
For sale is a LW J23 in overall good condition. I don’t know the leather weight per se. it’s certainly the thickest leather I’ve handled, and that includes a 3.5-oz LW pea coat I owned 10 years ago. With the removable collar, it weighs around 7.5 pounds.
About the removable collar, it was made...

Man, I have such a blind spot for these size-42 Flat Heads. I had one fit once, and I have been trying to re-capture that ever since to no avail.
Check out the Japanese market (fromjapan or buyee). Size 40 is in the sweet spot. You can find (relative) deals all day.

Looks sharp! I think you will find that the leather will stretch to adapt to the fit. At this point, I never remove the mouton collar, and it fits perfectly. Good score!
I can’t believe this jacket I this size is still listed at this price. If I didn’t already have a cafe racer in this leather from SB, I’d be all over it.
