Straw hats and smoke
All I know is it took about 3 months for my leather jacket to get the smoke smell out. I left it out on the enclosed back porch in the fresh air day and night. I imagine straw, as well as felt, would pick up those odors as well. I'd take a cheap straw to a bar and leave my nice straws at home. -

Thanks, Michael. I got 2 birdy ties from Tweedy Don also, one black and this one is dark brown. He threw in another tie gratis but didn't notice the 17 euros in the pockets. The bank wouldn't exchange the $2 Euro coin, but gave me $14.82 for the $15 Euros in paper bills. Added all in it was... -

Ha! I think my hat even has the same ribbon treatment as your pecan, Red. Mine's just a touch taller with a center crease and a dimensional brim 2-5/8" front & back, and 2-1/2" on the sides. -
