I'm sure you meant the only country in the Warsaw Pact/Eastern Bloc (before they withdrew in 1968 due to their association with the Chinese).
Albania of course was never a part of the Soviet Union.

German 30's suit and coat for sale at Classifieds:

Hello
Beautiful early to mid-1930's German suit ensemble for a man of size 38-40 R.
High quality wool fabric of medium heavy weight of charcoal colour with tiny white stripes and black structure stripes.
The Peak-lapel jacket was not part of the original 3-piece suit, but since size and fabric...
Very lovely suit - great color and cut!
Four sizes too big for me... so here is something for those complaining there is little to be found beyond 38/40!
Dark greyish-blue fabric, four flapped pockets, sports-back, "uniformy" cut...
I am strongly reminded of this 1934 NRA-labelled Police uniform, that was discussed here some time ago:
http://www.thefedoralounge.com/showthread.php?74602-1934-NRA-Label-Belted-back-suit-uniform...
I wouldn't call it unusual... just more simple. I have seen similar pocket-flap treatment on overcoats.
I don't think this is a theater-piece, but a garment that should be seen rather as a type of short-coat rather than suit-jacket.
As pointed out it is within the rules here to give ones opinion if something is way overpriced.
Pointing out that 265 USD for a 70's jacket is the same price one could get an original suit or sportcoat is factual and not "talking badly" about someones sale.
Anyway... As ottawa_adam mentioned...
Could already be 30's, although something from the second half of the 20's is not out of question IMO.
I tend to 1930's.
Certainly not 1910-20's as per description.
Rude or not... there are rules, which everybody here ought to have read, right?

I recommend having a look at the entire thing:

Cordially
Could you elaborate on your estimate?
The enormous (and angled) chest pocket looks quite atypical for mid- or late 30's to me.
Also the large fob-pocket flap, button fly and full-lining are indicative of tailoring more oriented to "Old World"-styles.
With this type of patterned fabric I see no problem mending this hole.
One has to take a small patch from one of the seams or interior facings.
If it were my size, I'd be all over it.
