That's just a coconut crab. Throw it in a big pot of boiling water and get the butter melted! It's called uga (oo-gna) on Niue Island... a true delicacy. If you want you can eat the "butter" too! Just keep your fingers and other delicates away from those powerful pinchers! -

A good time for prime rib or a nice crown rib pork roast. I agree with Rodolfo on duck, though. Yum. Tina's restaurant in Dundee used to serve up an amazing green peppercorn duck breast. -
