My grandfather had bunches of colorful silk ties that were used to make a beautiful quilt. My parents had that quilt for a long time, but I don't know where it is now... I feel sad for that loss, yet glad for you and the care you're giving your grand dad's beautiful ties.- FedOregon

Show off the sports coats.
This is also in the Stafford/JC Penney thread... a fairly decent sports coat, a lighter 65/35 blend of polyester/wool that should wear about like stainless steel mesh. It's marked as a Stafford Options jacket and I grabbed it for $9.99 at Goodwill. I can't tell that it's ever been warn and see... -
