    i'd go with 1910-14. here's a jacket with similarly wide-spaced buttons. no date, but looks later than the jacket above as the top button isn't as high.

    i'm going to sell this U.S. jacket soon... anyone care to guess the date ? i originally thought mid-late 30s, but the shape also reminded me of some of the jackets Joaquin Phoenix wears in 'The Master' which is late 40s: (it's been pressed to 'roll' to the middle button by the previous owner...

    that's a 1990s tie though, not a 1940s one (plus, those are just reproductions of Lautrec's posters on a tie... the design wasn't created specifically to go on a tie. different kettle of fish altogether).

    i'm not taken with that light mustard colour personally, but someone might like it, and the cut's pretty good. i haven't seen the loop but i have seen a mid-30s belt back with regular buttonhole (no loop).
