I can have the hat sized up to 58-59. I am not going to pay for a hatter to block it into an open crown or put a new ribbon on it. Locke Co and Bates Hats should be able to do that for you.- metropd

Crown is about 4 3/4 inches at the top of the teardrop creased. Medium crown medium-wide brim(2 5/8 welt). I had the welt done specifically so the brim would not lose its shape in the rain. Its 57. It could be streched up to about a 59 maybe 60 without loosing its shape. I could go to the hat shop and have it stretched free of charge, as long as it is no more than 60cm.- metropd
