Is the size any good for you? I can't really end the auction at this stage since there's too many views and watchers, but if it doesn't go, we could arrange something on here?
Would apply the same courtesy to any member that is interested, but obviously if its sold via here Monitor will get...

Made in the USA, in Seattle, WA. True 50s style ball cap!
Please note, the inside label of this states a hat size of 7 1/4 US, but as someone with several Ebbets caps in this size, I would say it's a size smaller- nearer to 7 1/8.

Union Made in the USA and A perfect slice of American Denim and Workwear, if maybe of 70s or 80s Vintage? I actually love this jacket, but it was too big when I brought it and has only bigger as I've slimmed down somewhat.
This has had internal pockets...
Anyone have any recent experiences, the shirts specifically? I do like his Half Belt jacket, although I'd like a zip pocket on the other side as well personally.
Cut is superb, I went up a size per their advice and got a 36 rather than a 34, will have to double check but I believe rise is 13.5" and they did a 2" cuff with a 10" hem for no extra price.
They do some wool trousers, but these are not all on the eBay page? These are £125.
I'm pretty...

Any recent suggestions? I brought a pair from Lindy Lou's which have all the right details, but they are 100% poly http://www.ebaystores.co.uk/Lindy-Lous-Clothing/Trousers-1940s-/_i.html?_fsub=8153803015&_sid=108995115&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322 ?
Case in point, Cary Grant late 30s. Practically Ivy League (in the slightly more dandyish style of the college man of the 30s) . Like Gable, who had even squared shoulders, a more natural shoulder on his sports coat suits him.
I used to pretty seriously follow the Ivy Look of the mid 50s to...
Gorgeous waistband, could them be let out at all at the hem, since I'm guessing they were later taken in? Or maybe it was done as a statement by the original owner?
managed to pick up a very nice pair by Viyella recently, in fact I brought two for the price of a pair of Burlingtons and they look to be better quality!
Thought I'd revive this thread, since I'm looking to ask for some new Argyles for Xmas. I'm looking for them to be under £20, unbranded, wool and available in the UK?
Burlington use mixes and don't last well, which is a shame since they used to be my natural choice.

Apologies for the bad picture, ties are not an easy thing to photograph... Magenta one is Wool I believe, blue is synthetic.
Currently going at 99p for the pair!

One of several vintage pipes I'm selling, this was a particular favourite of my Dad's, but he hasn't smoked a pipe since '72 and has asked me to help move them on.
